Det er valgtfrit, om du giver dine kunder adgang til HUB\u2019en.<\/li><li><strong>N\u00e5r et klippekort oprettes<\/strong><br>Giv dine kunder besked, s\u00e5 snart deres klippekort er oprettet og synligt i kundeHUB&#8217;en. Du kan v\u00e6lge det til\/fra hver gang et nyt klippekort oprettes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/downloads.intercomcdn.com\/i\/o\/63447436\/b779c0c4f6898da855a0c969\/nyt-kort-notifikation.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ved registrering af klip p\u00e5 klippekort<\/strong><br>Send en automail til kunden, n\u00e5r du har registreret en ny opgave p\u00e5 et klippekort. Det kan du ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6lges til\/fra ligesom med &#8220;Klippekort oprettet&#8221; notifikationen.<\/li><li><strong>Ved registrering af timeseddel opgaver<\/strong><br>Send en automail til kunden, n\u00e5r du registrerer faktur\u00e9rbar tid p\u00e5 en timeseddel.<br>OBS! Mailen bliver sendt, n\u00e5r du registrerer tiden p\u00e5 timesedlen (opgaven er udf\u00f8rt). Hvis du ikke \u00f8nsker, at dine kunder skal f\u00f8lge med deres timeforbrug l\u00f8bende, men f\u00f8rst have besked n\u00e5r opgaverne faktureres, s\u00e5 skal du <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ikke <\/span>aktivere denne notifikation. En anden mulighed er at aktivere notifikationen med indstillingen: &#8220;Ja, men sl\u00e5et fra som standard&#8221;. S\u00e5 kan du selv v\u00e6lge, om der skal sendes en mail eller ej, n\u00e5r du registrerer den enkelte opgave.<\/li><li><strong>N\u00e5r der er X klip tilbage<\/strong><br>Denne notifikation findes b\u00e5de som HUB-besked og e-mail. Brug den som servicemail for at g\u00f8re kunden opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at klippekortet snart er brugt op. Vores erfaring er, at denne e-mail notifikation ofte leder til gensalg af klippekort. Antallet af klip kan du selv indstille.<\/li><li><strong>N\u00e5r et klippekort er opbrugt<\/strong><br>E-mail der sendes, n\u00e5r de sidste klip er brugt op p\u00e5 et klippekort. Det er en god service for kunden og en god mulighed for skabe et salg af et nyt klippekort.<\/li><li><strong>X dage inden et klippekort udl\u00f8ber<\/strong><br>Giv automatisk dine kunder besked fx 30 dage inden klippekortudl\u00f8b. Med en automatisk besked til kunden i god tid inden udl\u00f8b, giver det kunden god tid til at f\u00e5 brugt de sidste klip. Du indstiller selv hvor mange dage f\u00f8r udl\u00f8b, denne automail skal sendes.<\/li><li><strong>N\u00e5r et klippekort udl\u00f8ber<\/strong><br>Sendes p\u00e5 udl\u00f8bsdatoen, hvis der er klip tilbage p\u00e5 klippekortet.<\/li><li><strong>N\u00e5r et klippekort er overskredet<\/strong><br>Brug denne e-mail til at informere dine kunder, hvis der er registreret flere klip end klippekortets total.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>OBS. For at overholde Persondataforordningen pr. 25. maj 2018 har dine kunder mulighed for at afmelde sig dine automatiske e-mail notifikationer.
