Billy er et regnskabsprogram til selvst\u00e6ndige og mindre virksomheder. Hvis du allerede bruger eller har t\u00e6nkt dig at bruge Billy til dit regnskab, s\u00e5 kan du aktivere integrationen til Effihub og g\u00f8re din hverdag lidt lettere.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Med Billy integrationen til Effihub kan du: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Synkronisere kunder mellem Effihub og Billy, s\u00e5 du kun beh\u00f8ver oprette dem et sted. <\/li>
  2. Oprette fakturaer i Billy direkte i Effihub. Du kan enten oprette fakturaerne som kladde i Billy, eller du kan bogf\u00f8re og sende e-mail til kunden med det samme (kr\u00e6ver at du har “automatisk fakturanummer” aktiveret i Billy).<\/li>
  3. Vise dine kunders fakturahistorik i din kundeHUB, s\u00e5 de altid har adgang til gamle fakturaer.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Opret forbindelse til Billy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Log ind i din Effihub konto og g\u00e5 til ‘Indstillinger > Integrationer’.<\/li>
    2. Tryk p\u00e5 knappen ‘Ops\u00e6tning’ i Billy boksen.<\/li>
    3. F\u00f8lg instruktionerne p\u00e5 ops\u00e6tningssiden og inds\u00e6t din Billy n\u00f8gle.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Billy ops\u00e6tning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      N\u00e5r du har oprettet forbindelse, vil du blive f\u00f8rt til Billy indstillinger i Effihub. Her v\u00e6lger du, hvilke funktioner du vil aktivere, og indstiller dine standardvalg (afh\u00e6ngigt af hvad du aktiverer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Synkronis\u00e9r kunder til og fra Billy\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Tryk p\u00e5 knappen ‘Start’ for at g\u00e5 til kundeimport, hvor du nu har f\u00e5et en ny funktion tilg\u00e6ngelig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Du kan l\u00e6se mere om synkronisering med Billy her.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Aktiv\u00e9r fakturering via Billy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Aktiv\u00e9r denne funktion for at g\u00f8re det muligt at oprette fakturaer i Billy via Effihub. N\u00e5r du opretter et nyt klippekort, kan du samtidig overf\u00f8re det som en faktura til Billy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Du kan enten v\u00e6lge kun at oprette fakturaen som kladde i Billy, eller du kan oprette, bogf\u00f8re og e-mail fakturaen med det samme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      N\u00e5r du aktiverer fakturering, f\u00e5r du nogle ekstra indstillinger til r\u00e5dighed, som vi beder dig kigge p\u00e5. N\u00e5r vi sender en faktura fra Effihub via Billy, s\u00e5 pr\u00f8ver vi at bruge s\u00e5 mange af dine Billy indstillinger som muligt.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      OBS! Det er vigtigt, at du IKKE har aktiviteten “Manual invoice number” i Billy, hvis du vil fakturere fra Effihub via Billy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Vi bruger dit standard Billy fakturadesign og betalingsmetode, n\u00e5r vi fakturerer fra Effihub (Log ind i Billy for at bekr\u00e6fte, at de to standardindstillinger er opsat korrekt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Vi bruger ogs\u00e5 de standard betalingsbetingelser, du har opsat i Billy for den specifikke kunde. Hvis intet er specificeret, s\u00e5 bruger vi dine globale Billy indstillinger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Men vi har brug for, at du v\u00e6lger et standardprodukt (liste trukket fra Billy) samt skriver et standard e-mail emne og indhold. Dit e-mail emne bruges, n\u00e5r du v\u00e6lger at bogf\u00f8re og sende faktura med det samme. B\u00e5de emne og indhold kan redigeres for hver individuel faktura, n\u00e5r den oprettes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Det er desv\u00e6rre ikke muligt for os at bruge\/tr\u00e6kke de standard e-mail tekster, du har opsat i Billy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      N\u00e5r denne funktion er aktiveret, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r alle dine kunder et nyt menupunkt, n\u00e5r de logger ind i din kundeHUB.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Menupunktet ‘Fakturaer’ giver dine kunder mulighed for at hente gamle fakturaer fra dig. Vi viser dem simpelthen hele kundens fakturahistorik fra Billy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
